Exchange and refunds

Returns: (Reshaping Garments Only)
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re always here to help. You have 90 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
For safety matters, we do not issue returns or refunds to nutritional or skin care products. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be: 

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging
  • With its receipt or proof of purchase attached


Refunds: (Reshaping Garments Only)
Once we’ve received your item, we will notify you of its return. After a careful inspection, we will let you know the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit back within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

For safety matters, we do not issue returns or refunds to nutritional or skin care products. 


Shipping:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
